How it works:

Moxifloxacin works by inhibiting the bacterial enzymes required for DNA replication, thereby preventing the bacteria from multiplying and helping to clear up the infection. It is specifically effective against a broad range of bacteria that commonly cause eye infections.

Typical dosage and administration:

• The usual dosage is to apply one drop of the gel to the infected eye 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.

• Gently pull down the lower eyelid, squeeze out a small amount of gel, and close the eye for a few seconds to allow the gel to spread.
