Composition & Pharmacology

Active Ingredient: Moxifloxacin hydrochloride 0.5%w/v
Class: Fluoroquinolone antibiotic bactericidal via inhibition of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, killing both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria 
Indications
Treatment of bacterial ocular infections: such as conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, blepharitis, and post-surgery prophylaxis
Dosage & Administration
Typical Use: Instill one drop into the infected eye(s) whichever frequency prescribed by your ophthalmologist
Technique: Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, instill the drop, close your eyes for 12 minutes; repeat for other eye if necessary 
Important Instructions: Avoid contaminationdo not touch dropper tip to the eye or surfaces
